Here comes the bride, all dressed in white
We went to my ex-colleague wedding yesterday. It was held at Marina Mandarin. Met a few of my ex colleagues and all the standard questions start popping up. I'm also guilty of asking that........ Here's a list of the standard questions:-Where are you working now?
How many kids?
Not planning to have more?
Who's taking care of them?
Where are staying?
Did you come alone?
But I still find it nice cos when I come to think of it I've known these people for 8 years or more. Although we hardly meet, the friendship is still there. Some of them have left while others are staying on with the comapny. From bachelors to husbands, from husbands to father. From Ms to Mrs and from Mrs to mothers. But the usual camaradrie is still there. They are the best lunch kakis and colleagues, anybody could ever asked for. I still remember we used to go Ridleys every Friday night after work and I always get checked for my I/C because of my size. THey used to tease me mercilessly about it. Haiz, those were the good ole days....... Times like this I miss being around them but other times I just take it that , that chapter of my life is closed and I'm starting a new chapter with my hubby and darling cutie pies.
I brought the digicam but being the blur me, I forgot to charged it so could only take 1 photo with the radiant bride. *picture akan datang*
Congratulations to Ms Vivien Tan Peck Khim and Mr Chia Wee Meng. Hope that you guys will have a blessed marriage and the pitter patter of tiny feets soon.
