I would like to say thank you to those ladies who have tagged me or left comments in my blog. I'm so sorry that I was not able to reply. Been so busy with work cos more pay = more responsibilities = no time to eat snake and go bloghopping or surfing.

I will be taking a short break from blogging and will try to tagged you lovely ladies when time permits.

Till then, I bid you goodbye for now and to quote Arnold in Terminator..... I'll be back.

Joyeux anniversaire, mon Bu de lil

My darling baby boy turned one on 16 June 2006.

This was him a few hours after birth. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw him, he's so tiny. He weighed about 2.7kg but look at him now.

Being a mother

Something to share with all the mothers out there. Enjoy....

Somebody said it takes about six weeks to get back to normal after
you've had a baby....Somebody doesn't know that once you're a mother, "normal" is history.

Somebody said you learn how to be a mother by instinct...Somebody never took a three-year-old shopping.

Somebody said being a mother is boring...Somebody never rode in a car driven by a teenager with a driver's permit.

Somebody said if you're a "good" mother, your child will "turn out
good"... Somebody thinks a child comes with directions and a guarantee.

Somebody said "good" mothers never raise their voices...Somebody never came out the back door just in time to see her child hit a golf ball through the neighbor's kitchen window.

Somebody said you don't need an education to be a mother...Somebody never helped a fourth grader with his math.

Somebody said you can't love the second child as much as you love the
first... Somebody doesn't have two children.

Somebody said a mother can find all the answers to her child-rearing
questions in the books.... somebody never had a child stuff beans up
his nose or in his ears.

Somebody said the hardest part of being a mother is labor and
delivery....somebody never watched her "baby" get on the bus for the
first day of kindergarten or on a plane headed for military "boot
camp."

Somebody said a mother can do her job with her eyes closed and one
hand tied behind her back ...somebody never organized seven giggling
Brownies to sell cookies.

Somebody said a mother can stop worrying after her child gets
married....somebody doesn't know that marriage adds a new son or
daughter-in-law to a mother's heartstrings.

Somebody said a mother's job is done when her last child leaves
home....somebody never had grandchildren.

Somebody said your mother knows you love her, so you don't need to
tell her.... somebody isn't a mother.

Leaving on a jet plane

My dearest mummy and 3rd sister, Leen, are leaving for "Umrah" tomorrow. This will Mummy's 1st time going for Umrah but this it will not be her 1st time there cos she already went for her Haj back in 1998 with daddy. I really envied her cos she was 6 months pregnant at that time!

They will be gone for about two weeks. Both Miz K and Mr Bu will definately miss their Nani loads. Miz K already said that she wants to come along. It's her daily litany for now. It's always "Cha nak ikut Nani, Cha nak ikut Nani pergi Umrah. Jangan bawak Auntie Leen, bawak Cha lah, please Nani. Pleeeeeaseee Nani?" = I wanna go with you, I wanna go Umrah with you. Bring me instead of Auntie Leen.

She has been throwing tantrums too and she wants her Nani to do everything for her. *roll eyes* I wanted to take 2 weeks off from work unfortunately it wasn't approved so hubby will take care of the 2 "A" angels instead. Good luck to you, honey. Hope that you will have lots of funs with the 4 kiddos (my 2 kids and 2 younger sisters)

We will be sending Mum and Leen off to the airport tomorrow so if there's news reports that the airport "banjir", you guys will know, what's the cause. *Heh*
