The last straw...

Ok, that last post just seems baaaddd. Let me tell you what happened recently.

I came late to work on Monday cos I had to send Miz K to school as she was going for an excursion to Jurong Bird Park. That nyonya wanted to take Medical leave on that day so she called the office at 8.30am and one of my colleagues answered. Naturally, I wasn't in the office so this nyonya went to call my boss on his hand phone and said that she is on MC but both me and Amy (who's temping as the recept) is not around. Btw, Amy was also on Mc that day. So if he needs her to come back to the office, she will do it. Action baik lah konon but die-die she selitkan that I wasn't around. So my boss rushed his wife to work.(It's a family biz) Fortunately for me, I have already informed his wife that I will be coming in a bit late. She was the one who informed me what the nyonya did. Apparently, this was not the 1st time. There were a few instances which I will not say but it has just been going on for ages. It's seems that she is jealous of the relationship that I have with my boss and his wife.
Furthermore, I am the type of person who can't be bothered to "entertain" that type of people thus I am not talking to her. She being the BB that she is, wants to know why am I not talking to her. Please-lah, go ask yourself what you have done and learn from it. Psst, I am not the only person whom she back-stabbed, there is a few other people here who can't stand her smelly self also.
Anyways, I have had enough of her antics. I just hope what comes around goes around.

Just an update

*wipes the dust off my blog*

Heeeeheee, yoohoo. Sorry for not updating my blog in ages. Been so busy with work cos 2 of my colleagues went balik kampung for 2 weeks so I had to cover their assess oops sorry I mean, duties. Hopefully, I will be back to "eatpayblind" by mid of next week. :)
I was also busy taking out the knives from my back cos of a certain blardy nyonya. I really cannot understand why some people had to back-stabbed others to put themselves in a good light. Can't they get by or should I say climb up the ladder with their own efforts? Why must they paint someone with a bad light? Haiz..... had enough off her antics, really feel like telling her off or going straight to my boss but that will make me the same as her. Oh, tidaaakkk, tak rela akak.... Fortunately, my boss saw that I am working very hard and on top of that he really trusts me and ehem likes me very much so instead of listening to her "gossips" and jibes , he is going to give me a pay raise. Muaahaaahhaaa.
Eat your heart out, your blardy bitch. I hope you get your just deserts! Now look who's laughing all the way to the bank. LOL!

Of Birthdays & Mothers Day

It was Mummy's birthday last Sunday, May 7. She turned 50 years young. :)

We had a joint celebration of Birthday and Mother's Day. It was mummy's off day so we were the ones who did the cooking. My 2nd sis, Nadia did the spaghetti bolognaise while I baked pizzas. My 3rd sister, Leen, was in charge of drinks(she always chooses the easiest job there is) while my 4th sis, Shikin, was the designated driver. She was the one who had to go shopped for the items that we need and later for the items that we missed out.

We ordered cupcakes for mum instead of the usual cakes.
A close up of the cupcakes
The 4 tier cupcakes stand
psst: I took the photos from BM's blog cos my multiply was going wonkers.

We ordered the cupcakes from this kind lady. The Big Momma or Cupcakes Momma, no, she's not big but she's the forum owner of M4M, the forum which I always frequent hence the title.

The cupcakes received rave reviews from my cousins who were really loving it. My mum ands aunties like it too but they find it a bit sweet.

I was trying to upload the photos in my multiply but to no avail. Will try again later tonight if the couch/TV or my darlings don't call out to me 1st. :)

Small Kids .....Big Mouths

We decided to cut Miz K's hair as it was reaching her shoulders as she refused to tie or pin her hair. We had no choice but send her for a haircut. Everybody at home complimented her and said that she looked so cute with her short hair, just like Dora the Explorer (one of her favourite cartoon character). She was so happy that she was grinning ear to ear.
When I came home from work the next day, she greeted me with her sad face. I asked her why and this is what she had to say :-

Me : Hello darling, how are you today?

MK : I'm sadlah mama.

Me : Why darling?

MK : Kawan2 Alysya cakap rambut Alysya tak lawa = my friends said that my hair is not nice

Me : Lawalah kan macam Dora. Dora kan lawa. = Pretty like Dora. Dora is pretty, isn't she?

MK : No lah mama, Alysya nak rambut panjang Alysya balik. = No mum, I want my long hair back.

Me : Tak boleh lah sayang, kalau dah gunting rambut, nanti nak kena tunggu dia panjang sendiri. Never mindlah, you are still the prettiest girl around. If you don't beleive me , go ask your aunties and nani and totok, ok.

With her sad face and sulky lips
MK : oklah, oklah.
Walks off in a huff, looking for her "fans"

Haiz........ children nowdays are getting smarter and smarter. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to laugh or be shocked at their comments and antics. Talk about peer pressure. Can you believe it, these children are only in nursery, I wonder what will happen when they reached primary school?

Anyways, tomorrow is polling day! It will be my 1st time voting, yay, I'm so excited. I have never voted before. So whould you choose? As per the advertisement on TV, it's either ship or flower.... kekekkke

Have a great weekend peeps!!
